Hoop and Holler could be breached again
Saturday, June 11th, 2011It’s possible that Manitoba’s Hoop and Holler dam
site will be intentionally breached again in the
coming days because of heavy Assiniboine River
flows partly due to another expected heavy rainfall
and a saturated ground.
